You have completed a rigorous 4-5 months of PMP Exam prep, and are just 1 week away from the challenging certification exam. You spent much of your time in the huge course and made many sacrifices to prepare for the examination effectively. The question still arises – as what is the best way to use this last week to improve the chances of passing the PMP Test.
5 Practices to follow before the PMP Exam
- Visit the exam center – Assess and know how long it takes to drive / commute to the exam centre. All this is about handling the hazards. While at the place, find out about the do’s and don’ts need to be sure of that.
- Take off from work the last week (if possible) – You could be overseeing tasks and have to deal with any other "problem" in the job. You certainly don't want your job right before the exam to take your breath, and leave you high and dry.
- Go through your study notes – Making your own study notes may be one of the best ways to take care of the Toronto PMP Course concepts and terminology. While these notes and flashcards are a great way to refresh the contents of PMP.
- Take Mock Tests-Mock Tests are an important method for identifying and evaluating the subject's poor areas. Solving these mock tests will help you maximize, in the most effective way, the 4 hours allocated in the review.
- Build your cheat sheet – initially, you can start your exam by creating a cheat sheet. Anything you find difficult to remember from the exam course can be put in your cheat sheet.
The above practices will certainly improve your faith to take on the PMP, and the chances of passing the exam on the first attempt.
