Meet the following sets of prerequisites to get your Certification!

The globally recognized Institute that is the PMI (Project Management Institute) and the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) offers different credentials to the applicants. They keep upgrading their syllabus so that they are inculcated with the right and current information. 

Often we face issues while deciding which course to choose. Moreover, after deciding we fail in the eligibility criteria. There are many reasons for this, lack of information or lack of updated knowledge, and more. To resolve this problem of yours, we have jotted-down the important prerequisites that re required for the certification exam.  We have covered the information about the two popular yet demanding course that is CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analyst) and PMP (Project Management Professional)
Eligibility Criteria for CCBA exam:
  • You must have 3,750 hours of work experience as a Business Analyst in the last 7 years.
  • In this 3,750 hour, you should have 900 hours of experience in completing 2 out of 6 areas of BABOK guide or, a minimum of 500 hours should be completed in doing 4 out of 6 areas of the same guide.
  • Within the last 4 years, you should have completed 21 hours of professional development.
  • Agree to all codes of conduct.
  • Accept and agree with the terms and conditions.
  • After all this you can do your CCBA prep, as passing the exam is also a criterion.  
To earn the designation of PMP holders, there are two different kinds of requirements for different people. Depending on the criteria in which you fall you can check the details and do your PMP Exam prep. 
Requirements for the same, if you are degree holder:
  • You should have a four-year degree.
  • An experience of 3 years is required in leading projects.
     
  • Apart from this, you should have done 35 hours of project management training or should be certified by the CAPM certification.
  • Accepting and agreeing to all terms & conditions.
  • Following all the code of conduct.
  • But known criteria, passing the exam
Requirements of the course, if you are high school diploma holder:
  • You should have a high-school diploma
  • An experience of five years in leading projects
  • As above said 35 hours of project management training or having CAPM certification is also a must.
Apart from these three, all the other point remains the same, if you have fulfilled these requirements you can pursue your PMP exam prep.
