Prepare for ECBA and PMP

Offered by the Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) is a foundation level certification course that tests your understanding and knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) guide. It's a desirable certification for both entry-level as well as veteran analysts.

PMP certification refers to the Project Manager Professional certification course that tests the ability of project managers to handle projects on a global scale. The certification tests the ability of project managers towards achieving the requisite project goal and their ability to lead and direct the team and maintain a cohesive team throughout the process. PMP certification allows employers to distinguish the cream of the crop when it comes to project managers.

ECBA prep requires being ready with all the requirements of the test and fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the exam. Apart from the 21 professional development hours needed for you to be eligible you must also have a foundational knowledge of the BABoK guide.
